APIL Case Study

Heavy document production demands and an increase in the number of employees had forced them to look for larger premises. The upheaval and additional costs that this would incur were desired nor welcome. During this period Total-Print were managing the document production and distribution work that could no longer be handled in house. We had created a close working relationship with APIL and over the time we had been a supplier formed a strategic partnership. Whilst supporting APIL during this period we developed a concise understanding of their requirements and the challenges that they were facing. Our strategic approach led to us proposing a solution that effectively meant that we took on their production devices and staff housing them in our own premises offering an off-site document management service.
